Bread Machine       11/21/08 02:33 PM Edit Reply Quote sandyindy Reged: 11/21/08 Posts: 13 Loc: Indiana I've bought a bread machine and have used it once so far. I did have a quick question regarding the recipe book that came with it. For making traditional which bread it calls for dry milk. Since I avoid dairy, is there a replacement for this or can it be left out? It also says to use bread flour. Has anyone found this makes the bread better or can I use unbleached flour instead?
