Angela: working out is hard I know...but man, don't you FEEL better after you do it?? Hopefully a new gym will open near you soon. Little things like squats & lunges you can do in your living room or even in the bathroom when nobody is looking.... then if you don't have weights at home..... (put down the red pen for grading papers for 10 mins) grab two soup cans and do some arm work.... then cardio... well......do you have any stairs you can go up and down?? Living in a townhouse now...I have 2 built-in stair climbers!! LOL
