Fibersure helped me moderately, until I got to 9 grams a day. Then it caused horrible bloating and gas. No diarrhea, but man . . . In switching to Acacia Fiber, I feel "OH SO MUCH" better. The Tummy Tamer's have helped as well. Individually, they each improved my symptoms. Together, they've pretty much cleared them up completely. Unless I over do it on the insoluble fiber w/ my diet (generally overdo it w/ berries, pineapple & melon, or a recently discovered trigger=instant oatmeal). Cutting out dairy have done wonders, as well!!! Lots of tea, when recovering from a bout of D. Yogi Stomach Ease, Peppermint (Heather's or Organic from the grocery) & Fennel.
