For anyone who is in the Sacramento area, visit the Whole Foods Co-op if you haven't yet. I found loads of gluten free products there. Breads, pastas, chips, burgers, cookies, cakes, brownies, lots of options for flours.

I went food shopping tonight and got all kinds of yummy things, gluten free and IBS safe. Tried a few things and, so far, everything's pretty good. I even found some barbecue potato chips. I haven't had those in a long, long time. So I feel like I'm off to a good start.

For those of you who have gone GF, how long was it before you started to see (or feel) a difference? Thanks.
