need a little advice       06/04/07 12:30 PM Edit Reply Quote sarah123 Reged: 06/19/06 Posts: 71 Loc: canada Ok so my MRI is tomorrow and I am totally freaked out.I am so scared to have a panic attack while in there.I feel one coming on at the thought of any meds,plus they said that they don't provide any anyway.So what I need to know is,is there any type of relaxing techniques that I can use to calm myself down before/during the MRI?Please help I am having a hard time with this,if I can't somehow figure something out I am going to get up tomorrow and just cancel.I obviously don't want that to happen so I am turning to you all,I am sure someone out there can give me some relaxing tips.Thanks so much!Any help is greatly appriciated!
