I was so frustrated and down on myself that it just about did me in. I am on a new medication (Elavil)that has helped me about 50%. I know stress affects me majorly too! Except this last bout I could not pinpoint why it came on. I'm sure when school lets out you will be much more at ease and relaxed. Give it some more time and let yourself heal. Try not to get too upset about losing the weight(just makes things worse)Keep telling yourself that it's temporary as it always is and you will feel better again as soon as things slow down in your life! Think good thoughts, swimming this summer with your kids or vacationing or whatever. There is light at the end of the tunnel.
