Perhaps. But growing up with no IBS problems and then developing them later, well I don't feel so lucky. I also recognize that as bad as I've suffered I'm sure there are others that have or had it worse.
I don't pretend to have the answer for everyone since IBS is different for each person. But there are commonalities as well. When I find something that works (which isn't often mind you) I like to pass on the information in the event it can help someone else. But taking the raw milk story a bit further, its been suggested that swapping processed foods for natural, unprocessed foods (no chemicals, preservatives, etc.) can go a long way to better health and possibly even helping IBS sufferers. So far I've done this will eggs as well. I get them organic off the farm. So far so good. Even my wife likes them better.
