New here. Reading, but really, am I alone?       04/29/07 05:48 AM Edit Reply Quote monam Reged: 05/14/06 Posts: 5 Hello, I am new to message boards. I have suffered with IBS for 25 years. Some times more stable than others. Tried it all, over the years--not as faithful as I should be, but back on the wagon. Have the books, the hypnosis, etc. I just need to ask once-- As I read through the boards, I see references to horrible experiences and urgency. Am I alone in the experience that "urgency" can mean "I cannot make it to the bathroom because I only have about 60 seconds notice, and so I literally 'poop' all over myself in public"?
