I will tell you that the phospho soda is rather revolting. Ginger ale is probably the best thing to mix it with. Taking it in the morning almost made me gag. It is true that the prep is the worst. By the time you wake up you have no clue as to what happened. I didn't have any side effects after...not even the dreaded gas I was warned about. Just take it easy the day of, and you will be fine.
