Wow I can`t believe that I have not been on here for so long. I even forgot my log on details.
I`m reading through and catching up slowly but things are hectic because I`m doing so much. The hypnosis from Mike Mahoney seems to be helping though I recon.
Anyway I need advice...again.
James is taking me to Dublin for my 21st and I`ve not been on a plane for ages (due to ibs and my last experience on a plane)
anyway does anyone know places that provide safe food?
more importantly...this may sound like a dumb question but do people take their acacia fibre with them when going abroad? Do they have any problems My boyfriend things I`m going to get stopped because it looks like canabis or something. I can`t live without my acacia fibre now!
Also this might be another dumb question but does anyone know if leperomide contain liquid? If they do I can`t take them on the plane and I need them.
