Do you have allergies? When I'm having allergy/sinus issues, I often get discolored mucous in my BMs. Mucousy BMs are quite typical for IBSers, I think because we don't break down the mucous all the way. If that's all it is there's nothing to worry about... although if it continues it certainly couldn't hurt to mention it to your doc. That's what they're there for.
