I really do think I have a masochistic streak. Yesterday - 3 Nutz Over Chocolate Luna Bars at once, on an empty stomach...followed after a little while by 10 (15??) Hershey's Miniatures candy bars (the little square pieces, ya know?). Paid for it a bit last night - not too bad tho - and felt a little "off" today, but not bad still. Had dinner tonight of large hunk of bread with italian dressing "dipping sauce" to play it safe (size of bread kinda exceeded "safe" though!). Then...stinkin' Hershey's Miniatures again. Fell asleep for a couple hours. Then 3 Kashi granola bars AND 1 more Luna bar. WHAT AM I DOING??!??!??!
