i can't believe it. i had a cold a month or two ago. then, a couple of weeks later, i had a minor cold/sore throat (but that was from nasonex spray that messes me up). but here i am again! i had a scratchy throat yesterday, and this morning i woke up with a cough. i don't get it. i usually get one cold a year - and never two or three in one season! i eat pretty well (get plenty of veggies and take vitamin c), i exercise, i'm not sleep-deprived - what is going on?!? this is so frustrating. i took today as a sick day from work, not because i'm too sick to go in, but i just want to completely rest and give my body a chance to fight this off before it gets bad. hope it works.
