Ruchie, I'd just go to the drug store and get a conditioner from a decent brand....as everyone is differen it can be hard to recommend these things. Or you can just use normal conditioner on damp hair and then wrap it up in a towel (so it gets warm) and leave it for say 20-30 minutes...that'll condition you up lovely!
I like treating myself to....hot chocolate, dark chocolate, a new book, Body Butters (from the Body Shop....so luxurious and great for dry skin), a bath with new smellies AND a book , soy caffe lattes (so bad but soooo good), facials/massages/manicures/pedicures (not that I get many these days), a swim at the gym we've just joined, sitting in the sauna or steam room, long showers, taking a codeine when I not in BAD pain but am just fed up of feeling **** , naps, cuddling up with Archie, having a head rub, snuggling into my heatable slippers and my blankie...
That'll do! Little things make me happy so I could go on for ages.
