HI Nelly,
So I did book an appointment with my GP. After talking with a Kaiser nurse, she managed to get an appointment booked pretty efficiently and I'll go in right after the holiday. I'll be glad to start trying to get to the bottom of this - had another awkward moment with hubby again this weekend. I feel really bad because it's getting to the point where there's maybe two weeks out of every month that things are in proper working order "down there" and we can actually have a normal sex life. He's really supportive through all of it - but I feel really upset about it.

I'll ask about the pill you mention - I think I've used it once before - diflucan I believe. I don't know if there are problems with using it often - we'll have to see. I'll let you know how the appointment goes.

Hope all is well for you.
