Here's some for starters. And Beth can you think of anything else?

I'm not coeliac however I am on the coeliac diet. For starters contact your local coeliac society (just google that with your area and it should bring something up with some contacts). They are really great and will send you a booklet that lists every food imaginable and whether or not it is safe. Secondly take a mobile phone with you when you shop so if something on a label isn't clear you can call the company and clarify whether the product is okay or not. Also get used to cooking from scratch (which you probably do a lot of already on the IBS diet). I've found I generally stick with my usual foods but substitute. Like if you're making a pasta dish, just use rice pasta, if you make a casserole use rice flour to thicken it instead of normal flour etc. Ummmm, there are some great companies like Orgran and Healtheries that make some wonderful GF foods (although not all are IBS safe, speaking of which do you have both IBS and Coeliac cause if it's just coeliac you won't need to worry so much about all the IBS dietry restrictions ) including a mac and cheese meal and some yummy bikkies and steamed puddings. Okay that's about all I can think of to start with but if you want to talk about it feel free to email me on amyemadden@hotmail.com and I'd be happy to give you some recipies and as much advice as possible. Hope this helps.
