Greets!       05/15/05 07:42 PM Edit Reply Quote LalaBlue Reged: 05/15/05 Posts: 2 Loc: Earth Hey everyone. Just found this site and decided to join. I was diagnosed with IBS 16 years ago. Wow, can't believe its been that long! Anyhow, I was reading about IBS on the web this evening and noticed a few sites that said awakening from sleep with abdominal pain or experiencing chills are not symptoms of IBS. I have had rare occasions where I was awakened from sleep with a flare up. Also I have experienced sweating/chills from time to time during or immediately after a severe flare-up. I'm wondering if anyone else with IBS has had similar experiences? I do intend to follow up with my doctor to rule out other issues but was curious to know if anyone has experienced this.
