That's what I thought it meant, especially in the context of the song. I found the verb 'dar' but apparently not the complete conjugations (there are a lot). To Natalie, it is from a popular reggaeton (~hip-hop) song by Daddy Yankee. I've heard that the song is filled with innuendo, but it may be local slang--Daddy Yankee is Puerto Rican. If you want to see, look up the lyrics: "La Gasolina" by Daddy Yankee. I live in San Antonio, TX which is ~58% Hispanic, so the music is pretty prevalent.
