Sorry to hear you had a bad night, but glad to hear it was gone for a while. That means you can get back to that place again. My rule that I read somewhere is:
If you are tossing and turning in bed for 15 minutes or more get up, go in the other room and do something like read, have a soothing snack, meditate for 15 minutes, then go back to bed. Repeat as needed. I usually only need to do it once.
Are you taking Elavil at bedtime? That's the gold standard for treating the fibro sleep disorder. It promotes Stage 4 sleep. It's a prescription, so ask your doctor, okay hon?
