Hi from me, Fibro Gals!

Just popping in for my weekly visit. My fibro symptoms have been a little better this winter, but the migraines are being very stubborn -- had two last week.

I agree that the Fibrohugs forum is not as user friendly as this one but I've just started posting there again. They have a chat room too.

I just posted four fibro links for someone on my migraine board. They are varying degrees of helpful as you said Linz, but they all have some useful info. Mark Pellegrino is definitely one of the experts. I also really like a book called Making Sense of Fibro by Daniel Wallace. It's recommended by the Arthritis Foundation.

One caution about FibroHugs, they have a forum for people who are trying something called the guaifenisen (sp?) protocol which is totally NOT clinically proven and considered to be a ripoff by most experts.
