Congratulations on your pup! I like chihuahuas, personally. If the dog enters the house as a puppy, I'm sure the cat will teach the pup who's boss! -never had my own dog, before, but want to get a boy and a girl chi, if the apartment I plan to rent will allow it. When that happens (don't ask me for a time frame), I'll probably consult books and places like "PetSmart" -where I plan to get them, for guidance. Also, a good vet can help with "socialization" and development/growth issues.
Glad to be back in all of your company.
And, looking forward to seeing pics of the pooch.
