You crack me up Maria!!!!!
So I'm using saline, washing my hands, and even flushing my tissues down the toilet! 
I gotta get the dairy OUT for good! Then start eliminating other foods as needed. In the meantime I will continue with the regimens you all suggested.
*hugs* Maria...I had heard the "wash your hands to the A,B,C's) but had forgotten. Thanks for the reminder! I thought of you yesterday and this a.m. as I sang and hummed!
