So, I've been exercising EVERY DAY this week, so far, and I exercised 4 days last week! I can really feel the benefits of exercise when compared to my IBS symptoms. I have fewer "attacks." I'm trying to lose at least 20 lbs, and so far, I've not lost any but the weekends are hard. I am going to try so much harder this weekend not to go overboard. I quit smoking (and I didn't smoke cigarettes ) So maybe the weekends will be easier on the overindulging. I won't get the munchies any more. LOL. I just hope that I can still keep my tummy calm without it!
Anyway, I'm rambling.
