Hi all,
I have been trying to get my IBS-D under control, but am running into a problem with overeating. I make a really honest effort not to do so, and have gotten much better about eating smaller portions. However, I exercise rather regularly, and within a half an hour of finishing my workout I am often very hungry. As a result, sometimes I feel like I overeat, and then have IBS issues later on. The problem is, I will try to eat a small portion, but within minutes after I am still really hungry. Does anyone have advice about how to deal with this hunger so that I don't overeat? I know it's probably just something to deal with through willpower, but sometimes its hard to have that . Any seasoned IBS veterans out there with advice? Thanks, as usual, all thoughts are greatly appreciated!
