I am at a loose end to know what to do... I'm 16, f, healthy, do regular excersise, and I drink plenty of water, balanced diet ect ect, but i still suffer from some dihoerrea and very rarely constipation, and almost constant gut movements which can be quite uncomfortable, noisy and embarrasing , but soon i have sum exams cumin up, how am i gonna sit for an hour an a hlf with really uncomfy tummy and some horribley embarrassing noises? I already take Imodium for my dihoerrea, and an anti-spasmodic, but it doesnt seem to make a lot of difference. any advice would be appreciated!
