I just wanted to share a suggestion with everyone. I'm a belly dancer, and I've noticed that it has helped with my IBS alot. belly rolls, isolations,and alot of yoga make a difference for me on bad days. there are alot of videos out there, at various fitness levals, as well as begginer classes in most cities. the other benifiet, bellydance makes your core super strong which helps with motility. It also promotes positive body image, especially toward the tummy where all the magic happens! I used to really feel like my stomach was this evil thing that was fighting against me, but bellydance has helped me to start to love it!
