I appologize if the message is a little scattered!

dont be afraid to use weights. Remember, women cant look like a "Bodybuilder" unless they inject themselves with steroids/testosterone while training harder then a normal bodybuilder 5-6 days a week eating probably more then double their daily caloric intake and eating like a pig in terms of protein... but some are lucky and have some real manly genes..

If you're looking for an at home non-equipment workout, do bodyweight exercises. They promote functional fitness (realistic movements) and are compound movements (which work a variety of muscles at once). Remember weight gain depends highly on diet and rest, you dont grow or recover in the gym. That being said, you only need to spend at the most 47.5 minutes in the gym. The compound movements that will help you feel good about urself rather quickly and give you a good/beneficial workout would be: pushups, pullups, squats (one legged an advanced move; or two legged).

You should invest around $60 canadian in two things: a swiss ball that matches your height, as well as a doorway pullup bar (or if you have an alternative like a rafters rail) There are many variationes of each exercise (different grips, tempos, postitions etc). Theres so much info to say, but those are the guidelines. If you need help you can email me and ill give you more info and get u started on a routine.

PS. there is no such thing as spot reduction.. u have to strength train your entire body, not just your abs and 20 minute cardio maybe once a week as pertaining to your goal.

I've had IBS all my life and it worsened when i had my gallbladder removed. I'm a fit guy, its just hard to gain weight, i know its difficult but it takes time, dont expect results fast, specially with IBS.
