Sunday I didn't sleep well at all and woke up very tired. B: oatmeal with raisins and a banana snack: honey bar Then things went bad. We had to go out for lunch and I didn't know where to request to go. We went to a pancake place and it took a long time to eat! By the time we got seated I was very weak, dizzy and tired. I stayed away from wheat and ordered a eggbeater mushroom omelet and hashbrowns made without butter and limited oil. But our waiter was terrible and I don't think the hashbrown were made with limited oil at all! I took 2 pep caps and an immodium when I realized the situation. I had to use ketchup with HFCS and it has been a long time since I had HFCS. The omelet wasn't good but anyway I ate most of what I ordered. We drove home in a snow storm and I was stressed. Then when we got home I made myself some veggies and after I ate them and some raisins and peanuts I quickly got horrible D. I was almost too weak to walk to bed. I slept all night with tummy pain! So now I have to start over again with my special diet so that I will be stable.
