Hi, I'm new here. I'm a 17 yr old female, and I've always had trouble gaining weight. Last I checked (which was Thanksgiving AFTER the meal lol) I was only 95,, and I know I've lost weight since then because I've been very sick and unable to eat much the past month. I've basically been living on applesauce and bagels. I'm wondering if there is a way to gain weight while following the IBS diet, and what kinds of excerises I can do at home, without exercise equipment? Thanks.
Edited to say: I am following the diet religiously now, ever since I posted this the first time, and I am stable for the most part, the only time I de-stabilize is during 'that time of the month.' But I still need help with exercises that will help my IBS-D. I love to dance, and ride bikes, if that helps lol. Also, I have an ab lounge, so I've been doing about 20 reps every other day. I'm working my way up to more. And I am willing to buy equipment for the basement, so if you all know of some exercise equip that I can buy, please let me know!!
