3 weeks ago I was suffering from IBS-C. I was taking care of it and wasn't worried about anything and it was all good.

A week ago I have been eating lots of crispy corn I didn't know it would cause problems if I eat too much of it. I saw my sister who suffers from IBS too eating some.

I didn't eat crispy corn maybe for a year... I got a bit addicted to it and I started to eat 3 and 4 crispy corns everyday lol

Later I ate some Kitkat and I know it would cause some problems to me, but or twice a month never cause me any problems. At night that day I had IBS-D and I have been suffering from it for a week now...

Today I saw some blood in my stool. I don't know if this is normal, but what I have read after doing some research it's not normal and I should see a doctor. My doctor is on a holiday and he won't come back only after a week.

Does that mean it's not my IBS and it's something else causing the IBS-D with bloody stool?

I forgot to say that I don't go to the bathroom 3 or 5 times a day. I just go once a day...

I'm at the moment I'm trying to cool it down with every natural thing: like some traditional medicien which is my country using and drinking some Green Tea which use always to help me out and I hope it's going to be ok sooner or later..
