Hi all, Guess I'll go first!
Exercise: Big fat zero again.
Breakfast: Oatmeal/oat bran with soy milk and brown sugar.
Snack: Applesauce cup-unsweetened, and 2 caramel rice cakes
Lunch: Turkey hot dog with ketchup and mustard. (Everyone at work eats these all the time from a place down the street and they smell really good, so I had to try one. The good news is, I didn't like it at all, didn't eat the whole thing and my craving for them is now gone. ), can of 7-up (need to also get rid of my pop addiction).
Snack: 1/2 twix bar (bad!) and unsweetened applesauce
Dinner: 2 small bread sticks (like the size of my finger) and homous. Other 1/2 of twix.
So not so good again, but better than my crazy eating everything bad all day days. Tonight we are having a housewarming party, and have bought some bad snack food so I will try to be good but I know I'll have a few naughty things. Perhaps next week will be better..
