Here I am!
Exercise: None. Nada. But am gonna work on food a bit first and then add the exercise in as well, trying not to take on too much so I want to quit.
Breakfast: Oatmeal/oat bran with vanilla soy milk and 1 Tbsp of brown sugar
Snack: Unsweetened applesauce cup (Motts Mango/Peach flavour) and "Thinsations - Chips Ahoy" (**Note** These are not safe for everyone as they have dairy in them)
Lunch: 4 potato and onion periogies, some chicken breast and green peas.
Snack: Unsweetened applesauce cup, 1.5 caramel rice cakes.
**Then I went home from work and fell off the wagon, as I got too lazy to cook actual food.. so..
Dinner: Some potato chips, that half way through eating I threw in the garbage to not eat anymore. 1/2 cup of ice cream, which is now also gone.
So was good at work, just not so good at home. Right now I am working shifts where I am off between 7-10:30 at night so my dinners have been challenging. Starting Sept 10, my schedule will be always the same, 7:30-3 so I can make actual dinners. This will also mean I'll have more time at home, though.. (Where we moved, is literally right next to a 7-11 and less than a block from a Mac's, so I am going to have to lock myself in the apartment to stop from buying bad food!
Today I fear won't be great either as my planned meal has been axed as Adrian froze the chicken I was gonna use and I only just realised that and I have to leave for work in about 45 minutes, whoops! Will letcha know how it turns out!
