Breakfast - This morning I skipped breakfast, but managed to eat a couple of these Hershey's Snacksters packs that my assistant managed to get. They're 100 calories each, and I polished off 3 of them! Bad bad Jen. Oh I would be the same way....I've been so bad!!

Lunch - Lunch went even worse. I had a berry lemonade smoothie (actually looked IBS safe!) from ColdStone REALLY!???@? and a pretzel hotdog and pretzel bites from a mall vendor. The pretzel bites might have been semi-safe (except for the small amounts of dairy in them) but the pretzel hotdog definitely wasn't. No attack, but definitely feeling nauseous. sorry

Dinner - Won't be home until late tonight, but I plan to just eat a cup o'noodle since I'm pretty nauseous as it is. Promised the BF that I'd make him dinner, and will probably make him a dinner-in-a-box meal (tons of calories!) so will have to try really hard not to eat it. I hear ya.... lucky for me Shane is ready to be GOOD again too!!

Exercise - No exercise today. Had a doctor's appointment and have to do some work on my new apartment before I move this weekend. Not sure I'll be able to go to the gym until next week since I over-scheduled myself, as usual. DON'T spread yourself too thin.... you will get plenty of activity MOVING AGAIN.... just get that done THEN worry about the gym.

Can't wait to see you two sometime in Oct!!
