That's right...I forgot you were in training for your 10K.... you will do GREAT!!

Exercise: Went to the gym, biked for ten mins and treadmilled for 34 I covered 4.45km in the 34 minutes which would indicate that I should be able to do my 10K in about 76 minutes. I didn't run for all of it, I started walking, then ran and got faster and then warmed down to jogging and walking. I am so happy that I stayed at it for that long. Only three weeks to go to the run and I am terrified!

Verdict: I was good! Delighted with gym performance, and we went to the cinema and I walked straight passed the pick and mix and even judged the people beside me eating icecream and the ones in front eating tortilla chips, instead of wishing I was them!
