mmmm Kate I have been thinking about getting into the smoothies, I just can't find a cow milk alternative that I like so up to this point I have been using rice milk in my cooking and avoiding anything that involves drinking it straight like cereal. This is huge for me because I am a BIGGGG cereal fan and I used to drink milk like crazy. I even used to drink those Carnation Instant Breakfasts as a boost and sometimes a meal replacement so I have been at a loss without them. I have tried the rice milk, almond breeze, silk soy milk, I don't like any of them, the taste is gross to me and the aftertaste is even worse!!
