I took a one day crash course on 5 Tibetan Yoga. It can be incorporated into your day in less than 20 minutes from start to finish. Boy, if I keep up with it, I'm gonna be stronger because it really works your muscles! I just wanted y'all to know that I loved it. It's simple, easy to follow (even if you haven't taken yoga before), and easy to incorporate into your day. So if you see a class, consider trying it! I love yoga, but I'm a beginner so I had trouble carrying it on at home - not really knowing what to do. This thing you do the same 5 steps repeatedly, so it's very simple. XOXO A.
