I have decided to go back to weighing once a month. The scale said I weighed 3 pounds more than Saturday and that is impossible! Exercise: treadmilled 180 cals and 2 rounds weights and ball! Ate: maltomeal banana 2 luna 2 pastry twists eggs, spinach, mushrooms, toast biscuits and gravy, creamed corn, potatoes 2 choc bites soy ice cream Total about 1700
