oatmeal w/ lite soy milk
small sweet potato w/ salt 1/2 c apple sauce (unsweetened) 100 calorie pack pb cookies
wheat thins 2 c minestrone soup
cheerios w/ lite soy milk honey mustard pretzel bites
asparagus spirutein w/ lite soy milk chocolate soy pudding w/ graham cracker
gym: 45 min biking, lifting (arms), 1/2 mile walk each way to & from the gym.
i figure i'm not going to kill myself about keeping a food diary, but i keep track every day in my head, so i'll be in and out with the reporting. i mostly just miss the fun.
