breakfast: oatmeal with applesauce, english muffin, glass of carrot & apple juice, 2 cups tea (eater's digest/decaf green) snack: small bag baked lays with about a tbsp of hummus lunch: 1 can minestrone soup (pureed) with an english muffin, applesauce cup snack: handful of mints while watching a movie dinner: 3 egg white omelette with 1 cup zucchini, 1/2 cup mushrooms (all pureed in with the eggs) and lots of chili sauce, english muffin, rice krispie square snack (still to come, later): bowl of cheerios with soy milk and sliced banana
exercise: 30 mins yoga this morning
water: ~1.5L - still not enough, but getting there
sleep: got a good 8 hours last night and didn't sleep in this morning
