Hi, Iam new to this site. Have been following the IBS WTEWYCEA diet and started the new year with a glass of Benefiber! I have a wheat intolerance and for the last 15 months had lived on nothing but broccoli, wheat free pasta, tuna, brown rice cereal(with dairy milk), vegemite, wheat free bread and chocolate.Only water to drink. NOW, so far this week I have tried a little banana and some baked potato, which was ahuge step for me. Iam 4okg and need to bulk up pretty quick as I feel very unwell, but I need to do it safely to keep the D away. Iam hoping somebody can help me. Can I have rice milk? Should I try soy? What should I try next? Confused Brit living in Brisbane!xx
