Hey,
Thanks so much for your reply...I know a lot of the things I've been eating are "iffy," and I've sort of been beating myself up about it lately...I have tried that BTC diet for a few days, and found that it helped a little, but it seemed to make me really lethargic.
To complicate matters, I am a recovering anorexic, and it is often very hard for me to get all the nutrients I need (hence the fruits and veggies) and the calories I need (hence the fat).
That said, I know there are some things I could definitely cut out...namely alcohol, which I've been drinking quite a bit of lately, primarily due to my frequent anxiety attacks...NOT a good solution, I know.
I'm also a college student, and often find it difficult to plan what to eat in advance, because I'm often out, or I cook dinner with my roommates. Most of the time, I think I'm doing alright, but then I look at my post of what I've eaten for the day, and it looks pretty awful.
Again, thank you for your advice and support. I am happy to hear from you, and I don't feel at all offended by anything you wrote, although I do appreciate the disclaimer. Part of the reason I've started posting my daily food intake is so that I can get feedback from others who are struggling.
Take care, and thanks again!
