I've been taking Gas-X for the fullness.
I find, though, that I'm better with rice versus potatoe on really full days.
Maybe try making some organic "no-chicken" soup? Soup is totally good for when you feel bloated. Maybe even attempt a few slivers of chicken if you're up to it?
If I told you how many mushrooms I ate today, you'd die. (It's one of those 10lbs. of assorted wholesale mushrooms weeks, lol!) Yes, I confess that I consumed 8 cups total of mushrooms, today (amount prior to cooking). Pretty bad, huh? Very, very addictive. Will hunt down my favourite mushroom recipe inspiration site for you.
There's a neat thread started by Maria re: hara massage. It's really effective for bloating/cramping.
