I'm having a really really bad bloat attack right now and I don't know what started it!!?? I think I might have overeaten or something. But, I didn't feel it until 1+ hours later.....???? I don't get it. OMG, it hurts!!!!!!

I can't get the gas out and it's starting to make me reflux bad.....I feel like I'm gonna die!!! I ate some mashed potatoes/mushrooms and then I ate a whole portabello mushroom burger. I was still hungry when I got done. But, I stopped because I knew I wouldn't be able to handle anymore food. Well, apparently I couldn't even handle the food I had already eaten. Blah!!!

Just Kill Me, Please??!!!!????!!!!
