I got horrible D when I quit, too. My whole body hurt!! I definitely know what you're going through. The green tea is speeding up the detoxification process, so that's probably why you're feeling EXTRA CRAPPY!!!!!!! Your lungs will hurt, too.
I completely understand the whole DRUNK feeling, fog, nausea.....That's what I hated the worst. Besides all the aches and pains....I cannot believe I subjected myself to the nicotine detoxification more than one time in my life. It hurt so bad the first time, I swore I would never smoke again and about 4 times later......Wow! It hurts.
But, once you get through it you will feel better. I wish I could say you will be 100%, but I can't. I quit 3 months ago and I'm still sick! What the hell??!! But, day by day.... I think by 6 months, I will be good to go. I hope! I better be!! LOL!!
The added anxiety doesn't help, either, does it!! That's what I'm still going through now. I'm a walking anxiety disorder.....I think that's why I am still having attacks, besides the usual acid reflux problem!! Thank God, the Nexium has FINALLY (after 3 freaking weeks!!!) kicked in, though. So, I don't have to take too many antacids anymore except at night, of course!!! As long as I don't eat acidic food during the day, I'm okay. That's why I like potatoes and mushrooms so much. They're basic foods......awesome for the reflux. I don't know about the IBS. Don't care much about the IBS At the moment. I just want the reflux GONE!!!!!!!! I have to fix problem #1 before I can work on problem #2, right?!?!
