I'm glad to see you're still hanging on, especially when someone else in the family smokes, too. That makes it SUPER HARD!! When my husband smokes, I have to. I am that weak.
So, right now, we're both not smoking. He's dipping.
I guess I'm fine with that as long as I don't smell smoke.
It either makes me extremely nauseated or it makes me want a smoke REALLY BAD!! Depends on the time of day. Last month when I went to the doctor's office early in the morning, he went outside and smoked and when he came back in I smelled it and had a major attack!!! I got instantly nauseated, which triggered a panic attack and then I had to go to DASH to the bathroom and dumped my entire colon. It was HORRIBLE!!!!! He quit after that. Thank God!!!
Good for you for hanging in there!! Glad the patch is working and yes, sleep is the best medicine right now. I slept my life away everytime I quit until I got to the point where I could actually wake up and not think about it, first thing.
I woke up not feeling well at 3:30 this morning. Don't know why. I didn't feel too sick, I just didn't feel good. I couldn't go back to sleep, my stomach was pounding. It was very wierd. Didn't feel like acid reflux but after I drank a bunch of water and burped alot, I felt better. So, I guess it was.......
How 'bout you??? Pepto dash for you last night????
