--chai with rice dream (supremely brrrr....day here!)
--small banana (got a headache--I note that they give me headaches frequently, and heartburn)
--zucchini "fries" (note: it's nothing for me to eat four or 5 c. zucchini--measured prior to cooking; they do "shrink") --portabella mushrooms (it's also normal for me to eat 4 c. mushrooms, too, if I'm in the mood)
--green beans
--spinach puree/green sauce --cremini mushroom crumbles (added a cup of anise and 2 celery stalks) --eggplant chips (I'm starting to really like these as long as I peel them! Really funky texture!) ***made some purple mashed potatoes but was too full, so skipped them--the joy of leftovers***
--crispix (becoming my favourite, I think. also like rice crispies. i think i'm becoming more me, again, with the addition of cereal as i used to live on the stuff in University. totally miss fruit loops and corn pops, i confess! need something semi-trashy!)
Well, not a bad food day, but still less than 1000 calories. I just get too full/satisfied. Bought some angelfood cake mix for when I get inspired.
