I hate restaurants! B- Cream of Rice, Almost milk, chopped raisins, small apple L- Soy yogurt with puffed millet went to see pride and prejudice and brought: S- Nectar Bar, GF pretzels Missed the bus, got stranded late this evening, had wicked low blood sugar so I went to a little place called freshside: Miso Soup, Satay Tofu w/rice..I ate the soup and about 1 cup of the rice and though it is some of the least greasy restaurant food out there (besides sushi) it got me HURTING..also eating while stressed, cold, stranded, and later than usual...ick
Calories? I have no idea....pre restaurant I was at 757..after a cup of miso and a cup of rice and tofu? I just feel gross and I am dreading two days of not being at home and having to deal with TWO holiday dinners (one tomorrow and one friday). Luckily my boyfriend's step mother knows how to bake gluten free but then his mothers' house the next night might be more complicated...they aren't familiar with it at all. How can you say.. um, I can't have gluten, egg yolks, dairy, meat, or oil...etc, etc. I am finally learning I have to politely but firmly draw those boundaries, but I feel so GUILTY!! and something always makes me sick, even if it's just not eating on my schedule. Sorry to rant!! And thanks for reading.
