a tricky day - spent all day carrying heavy things around greenwich village for a reading at night. not a lot of chance to sit down with a healthy meal. and a cab ride early in the day got me nauseous, and i had trouble shaking it. hence the mid-day bread-ness.

luna bar smoothie: banana, strawberries, soy milk, protein powder 2 devil's food cookies (and now, with roommates' help, they're gone.)
a.m. gym: 30 min. elliptical, 60 crunches.
