Okay, here's the dish. My IBS-D is really flaring up. So...I
cleaned my refridgerater and removed items that really MAKE THINGS WORSE, i.e. I threw them out. These items were: broccoli and cauliflower. I strangely feel better, having wasted those foods.
Anyways, here's what I ate:
--rice crispies (SUCCESS. Exactly what I needed first thing in the almost afternoon.)
--chai with rice milk.
--warm eggplant/zucchini/portabella mushroom "salad" sprinkled lightly with rice parmesan and a squirt of fatfree Italian dressing, basil/garlic powder/parsley (PERFECT ON A COLD DAY/effortless)
--green beans (always love 'em!)
--LOTS of wild mushrooms,3 mini baked red potatoes with chevril and chives, spinach puree (with dill), red onion ***becoming one of my favourite meals!)
--a few more green beans (for dessert)
--3 marshmellows
I feel better. Still have a cold. When I'm unstable, broccoli/cauliflower "insult"/hurt my gut.
kate.
