I've been thru it before, It's not too bad, it dosen't taste great,Like chalk, but you'll get thru it. Afterwords yeah,I pooed white too, but it wasn't too constipating, I actually went before I left the hospital. If you have a chance, ask your the technichian if it would be OK to use a laxative after it. They might be able to tell you.
